How long will these tumblers keep my drinks hot or cold?

Our cups hold ice up to 24 hours or more! And they hold heat up to 12 hours!

How do I take care of my tumbler?

For each tumbler that you purchase a care card with instructions will be included. Please hand wash only and do not microwave, as the tumblers are made of metal.

Why does it take so long to receive my order?

Muffin Krafts® produces each order upon request. We want to ensure that all customers receive our best quality and workmanship that we have to offer.

Am I able to receive a refund for my order?

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of your items, we are unable to accept any returns or issue any refunds. However, Muffin Krafts® will allow up to 3 days, upon delivery of an order, to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s).

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS in 1-3 days. All items are shipped between layers of bubble wrap. Once the item has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you.

How do I submit an idea that I have?

Why do you not allow use of popular logos or images (i.e. sports teams, Disney, car models, etc).

Popular logos and images are generally trademarked and copyright protected. I do not own the commercial rights to any of them; therefore, I am unable to sell any merchandise with it.
