Refunds & Cancellation
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of your items, we are unable to accept any returns or issue any refunds. However, Muffin Krafts® will allow up to 3 days, upon delivery of an order, to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card. This timeframe may vary from one financial institution to another. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchasing.
